How do I use Hubspot workflows?

You can integrate your lightbox with Hubspot to add new leads straight to your workflow. Just follow these instructions. 

Step 1

Log into Digioh and click Integrations

Step 2

Click “Create New Integration”

Step 3

Select “HubSpot” from the list of vendors, in the “Integration” drop down

Step 4

Pick a Friendly Name that you will remember. Like “HubSpot Pre Sales Workflow”

Step 5

Select the Lightbox in the drop down that you want to tie it to.

BONUS ITEMS:

#1: You can have multiple integrations for one lightbox 
#2: You use the same integration for multiple lightboxes

Step 6

Once everything is set up the way you want, click the Create Integration button. 

Step 7

Enter in Your HubSpot API key and click the Connect Account button. If you don't have a HubSpot API key, you can request one here:

Step 8

Under Actions Select “Choose List”

Step 9

Select a List that you would like all your leads to go to. This is a required step to trigger a workflow. Contacts will go to a list and the workflow you select (we will do this step later)

Step 10

Now, click on “Add Workflow” and select the workflow you would like to add your leads to.

BONUS ITEM:

If you want your leads to get added to more than one workflow, just repeat this step. The cool thing about the Digioh integration is you can add leads to an unlimited amount of workflows.

TROUBLESHOOTING:

- Workflows don’t work in Trial accounts, so if you have a trial account data won't be passed to it.
- Your Workflows must be enabled for data to get pushed.

- Don’t see your workflow? Digioh will only bring back workflows that are enabled. So make sure the workflow is enabled in your HubSpot account. 

CUSTOM FIELDS

If you are just passing Firstname, Lastname, and Email fields. You are done. Digioh automatically routes that data to your HubSpot account.But, if you are passing more fields like website, company, phone, address, city, state, zip then read on.
You will need to set custom fields so they get passed properly in your HubSpot account. Here is how you do it:
Click on “Custom Fields”
Next, in the “Field Name” text block enter in one of the following:
  • firstname
  • lastname
  • website
  • company
  • phone
  • address
  • city
  • state
  • zip
Next, enter in the Field Value, the field value should correspond to your Digioh Lightbox form and will be one of these:

You can figure out which field it is, by launching the Lightbox editor, click on the form, and going to the field.

NOTE YOU WILL NEED TO INCLUDE THE BRACKETS AND MAKE IT ALL CAPS

Adding Static Custom Fields

You can also push static fields. For example you can create a static field value like “CALIFORNIA” and have the field name be “state”. This means anytime data is pushed from your Lightbox, the state field would automatically say “CALIFORNIA”.
