How can I get a CSV file containing the info submitted to my lightbox?
If you want to receive all of the info submitted to your lightbox each day as a CSV spreadsheet, just follow these instructions.
Log into Digioh and click your name in the upper right hand corner.
From the dropdown menu, click Integrations.
Click the "Create a New Integration" button.
On the next page, select CSV Daily Output from the Integration dropdown menu.
Enter the name and email address of the person who should receive the CSV, and select a lightbox you want to receive info from. Your screen should look something like this:
Now click the Create Integration button to save your changes.
NOTE: If you want to send the daily CSV to multiple people, just set up a separate integration for each recipient.
On the next page, you can map the fields from your lightbox to the fields on your CSV. If, for example, you wanted the email field from the form on your lightbox mapped to a column named Email in your CSV, you would set it up like this:
In this example, the Field Name "Email" will be populated with info from the email field on your lightbox as noted by the Field Value. This is especially useful for mapping info from custom fields.
Once you have your field set up, click the Save Field Mapping button.
And that's all there is to it! Each day at 4am PST we'll send out a CSV containing your submission info.
